I Told You The Truth

Of all the experiences
I've had in this life
There's one I can tell you
Just cuts like a knife

To be called a liar
Like you've done to me
Is a total injustice
I can hardly believe!

Take my word or not now
That's up to you
My conscience is quite clear!
I told you the truth!

  1. hehehe..looks like I have said it many times Ms.Louise..though the truth really hurts and cuts like a knife..we have to say it otherwise..and usually I say it because I care for someone..though saying it nicely would be better.

    *visiting you Ms.Louise ;)*

  8. Thanks Rusty - I had been thinking about how I'd feel if someone told me I was lying about writing my poems - that's what inspired me. Never know where it will come from. :)
